Today I am going to share with you one of my all time favourite dinner recipe. Lasagne is one such food which is quick and easy to make. Although Lasagne taste amazing when accompanied by beef but I used chicken here which is readily available in my kitchen :)

Preparation Time:30 mins
Cooking Time: 40 mins.
Feeds: 2 -3 Persons!!
1.Boiled Sweet Corn about 100gms.
2.Cheese -4 cubes(It should be shredded while adding to preparation). you can add more to satisfy those cheese cravings.
3. A concoction of Tomato, Garlic and Chillies( I have added half of Capsicum too for it adds an distinct flavour to the meat)-5-6 tablespoon
4. Minced chicken( In case you are using diced chicken you need to boil it for 5 mins) For minced chicken I have used it directly as it become soft instantly when baked- 300gms
5. Mayonnaise by Delmonte(Another favourite which is an optional thing)-2 tablespoon
6.Last but not the least!!! The pasta sheets for lasagne which is available in any super markets- 6 sheets (al dente)
While the ingredients are ready put everything in a mixing bowl and mix it well. Here I have added little bit of dried parsley and lemon rind to add a bit of tang to the mix.
In the mean time boil the pasta sheets and lay them on the baking tray.
If you are boiling all the six sheets together chances are there that it might stick together. To avoid that add a little bit of white oil or olive oil to the water before boiling.
I boiled one sheet at a time to avoid any such disaster :P
Lay the lasagne sheets and the meat in the baking tray. Do not forget to grease the tray well before piling it up.
Now cover the entire top with shredded cheese of your choice. I prefer mozzarella.
Finally pre-heat the oven at 180 degree and once ready bake the lasagne for 40 mins.
And here it goes!!!
It ready to be served. Serve it for dinner or have it any time you feel to spoil yourself with meat and cheese :)
