Hence I have this easy and tasty recipe for you which will make the Dalia journey of your pleasurable.

To make this Delight loaded with veggies you will need:
Ø Dalia- 100 gms
Ø Sweet corn- 50gms
Ø Broccoli – 20gms
Ø Cauliflower -20gms
Ø Garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Ø Ginger Paste -1/2 tablespoon.
Ø Dried Parsley-1/2 tablespoon
Ø Olive Oil-1 tablespoon
Ø Salt according to taste.
To begin with the recipe
Roast the Dalia until it turns golden brown. Cook in a low flame.
In the meantime, make a paste of the two tomatoes and add the garlic and ginger paste to it.
Soak the sweet corn in hot water and keep it aside for a while.
Now in a pressure cooker add the olive oil and add the veggies to it. Saute it till it become tender. Add the paste of tomatoes and ginger-garlic to it.
Then add the corn and dalia to it and stir it on a low flame.
Toss in the dried parsley and salt according to taste.
Now put 2 cups of water and put on the lid of the pressure cooker.
Wait for a while for the first whistle.
